Tips for saving on plane tickets for Dashain & Tihar

• Schedule your trip during the fall, as most airlines price drop by several hundred dollars (after Sep 1)
• Consider flying from an alternate airport i.e. JFK, LAX, SFO, HOU, WAS – Because of competition, airlines are decreasing their prices from their hub cities. For example, Singapore Airlines had a round trip sale to Nepal for USD 900-1200
